Super-VLAN Function 

Add common VLANs into super-VLAN to be associated with Super-
VLAN. Create interfaces on Super-VLAN and configure IP addresses; 
enable ARP proxy in Super-VLAN to realize the layer-3 
communication of different sub-VLANs in the Super-VLAN.
