To configure the rules of an access list 

access-list-number 

The  serial  number  of  a  MAC  standard  access  list. 
The value range is 2001-3000. 

permit 

If  the  conditions  are  matched,  the  access  is 
permitted.

If the conditions are matched, the access is denied.
