The  serial  number  of  an  IP  standard  access  list. 
The value range is 1-1000. 

permit 

If  the  conditions  are  matched,  the  access  is 
permitted.

If  the  conditions  are  matched,  the  access  is 
denied.

Any source address

To  specify  the  time  range  within  which  the  rule 
takes effect

does not take part in the matching and only takes 
part in the comment and separation of the rules.
