This command is used to set the maintenance domain name,
maintenance domain level and enter cfm-domain mode.
The no format of the command is used to clear the maintenance domain,
including the service instance, MEP, the configuration of cross checking
remote peer MEP and the database information of the remote peer MEP
configured in the maintenance domain.
