By default, basic-tlv

released. When selecting med-tlv all, send all related TLVs of MED except

location-id, by default. At first, you need to configure to release LLDP-

MED Capabilities TLV, and then you can configure to release other kinds

of TLVs of LLDP-MED; at first, you need to prohibit releasing other kinds

of TLVs of LLDP-MED, and then you can prohibit releasing the LLDP-MED

Capabilities TLV.
