Example networking of configuring RIP learning IPv4 route 

 

 Illustration 

The  vlan2  (10.1.1.1/24)  interface  of  switch-A  connects  to  vlan2  (10.1.1.2/24)  interface  of 

switch-B. The vlan1 (11.1.1.1/24) of switch-B connects to the subnet 11.1.1.0/24. 

 

Configure the RIP protocol to make switch-A learn the route to the subnet 11.1.1.0/24.
