The configuration only takes effect when the host-level monitoring is enabled.

snmp-server enable traps monitor [blacklist-entry add]

This command is to enable the TRAP sending switch of the port monitoring. After

configuring the command, the port monitoring sends the corresponding TRAP information

when the host is added to the backlist. The no format of the command is to disable the

switch.
