Introduction 

L2 static multicast is the L2 multicast forwarding table generated in static mode. The user can 

specify  multicast  MAC  address,  VLAN  and  port  list  (including  member  ports  and  prohibited 

ports).  The  L2  static  multicast  is  responsible  for  maintaining  L2  static  multicast  table  and 

update the L2 multicast forwarding table of the L2 multicast public part.

To  configure  the  aggregation  group 

member  ports  of  an  L2  static  multicast 
item or aggregation group forbidden ports. 
Here, the port refers to the logical port of 
an aggregation group.

To  delete  an  aggregation  group  of  an  L2 
static multicast item or all forbidden group 
ports.  Here,  the  port  refers  to  the  logical 
port of an aggregation group.

“*” before command means it has configuration example description.

Config  refers  to  the  global  configuration  mode;  config-mcact  refers  to  the  L2  static 

multicast configuration mode. After executing the commands of L2 static multicast group, 

you can enter the L2 static multicast configuration mode 

[no] multicast-group

This  command  is  used  to  configure  the  static  multicast  items  with  a  specified  VLAN  and 

multicast  MAC  address.  The  no  form  of  the  command  is  used  to  delete  the  specified  static
