Syntax
Description
network- address
To configure the network address covered by RIP; the mask of the network
address is got from the nature segment and cannot be configured. All direct-
connected subnets matching the covering network address run RIP. The
supernet cannot cover via the command.
interface
To configure the name of the interface covered by RIP

No any direct-connected network or interface is covered.
offset-list
This command is used to configure RIP to modify the metric of the specified route. The learned
routes or notified routes can be learned. The no format of the command is used to recover the
default metric of the RIP route.

To configure the access list name used for selecting routes; here, only the
standard access list is supported.

To configure the name of the interface on which RIP modifies the specified
route metric; when the interface is not configured, modify the metric of all

This command is used to configure the minimum interval of sending the packets in one RIP
update. The command is to solve the packet loss problem when the high-speed interface
sends the RIP protocol packets to the low-speed interface. The no format of the command is
used to recover the default value of the minimum interval of sending the packets in one RIP
