By default, the Ethernet OAM is disabled. 

 

ethernet oam event-log cache-size 

It  is  used  to  set  the  maximum  buffer  memory  number  of  event-log 
information  of  the  Ethernet  OAM.  The  no  format  of  the  command 
resumes  the  default  value  of  the  maximum  buffer  memory  number  of 
event-log information of the Ethernet OAM.
