To perform the text authentication on the OSPF interface between switch-
A and switch-B and configure hello time as 20, configure as follows. The 
configurations  of  switch-A  and  switch-B  must  be  consistent,  that  is, 
authentication  mode,  password  and  hello interval  must  be  consistent  so 
that the OSPF neighbor can be set up.
