Code Problem Description Troubleshooting
I4405 [Deposit Count/Check]Fault of
exceeding the limit of retries when
BC does not respond. 1. Check the cable connecting between
Main and BC (Connector CN37).
I4406 [Deposit Count/Check]Abnormal
BC response command. 1. Check the cable connecting between
Main and BC (Connector CN37).
I4407 [Deposit Count/Check]Abnormal
BCC received from BC. 1. Check the cable connecting between
Main and BC (Connector CN37).
I4501 [Deposit Count/Check]Fault of
calling a undefined command from
Escrow. 1. Execute CCIM initialization.
2. Reboot the system when the same
error occurs after initialization.
I4502 [Deposit Count/Check]Fault of
performing a undefined process
flow from Escrow. 1. Execute CCIM initialization.
2. Reboot the system when the same
error occurs after initialization.
I4503 [Deposit Count/Check]Escrow
entry (ESS03, ESS04) residual
fault when preparing for media
winding when Escrow has the
media 1. Open the Escrow Part(12).
2. Remove the media at the Escrow
Drum residual check (ESS03) and
output check (ESS04) sensor part and
the pollution.
3. Execute CCIM initialization.

(ESS07) detection fault when
preparing for media winding when
Escrow has media. 1. Open the Escrow Part(12).
2. Manually remove media from Escrow.

2. Rotate the Escrow Knob in clock-wise
three times.

the Escrow Mode 1. Open the Escrow Part(12).
2. Remove the media at the Escrow
