Sets the SNMP version to use for communication
with the SNMP manager.
v2c
: allows SNMPv2 read/write access.
v3
: allows SNMPv3 read/write access.
v3v2c
: allows SNMPv2 and SNMPv3 read/write
access.

Sets the get community. Only for SNMPv2c or
