Make sure your computer IP address is in the same subnet, unless you are accessing the OLT through

Use an SSH client program to access the OLT. If this is your first login, use the default values in Table 189
on page 395 and the user name and password on the cover of this document. Make sure your
computer IP address is in the same subnet, unless you are accessing the OLT through one or more

51.3 Logging In
Use the user name and password on the cover of this document for the first login.
Note: The OLT automatically logs you out of the management interface after five minutes of
inactivity. If this happens to you, simply log back in again.
51.4 Using Shortcuts and Getting Help
This table identifies some shortcuts in the CLI and how to get help.
