If omitted, a single numeric value is returned. If ALL is specified,
the result consists of 6 numeric values. Furthermore, the inter-
pretation of the result values depends on the current trace's

Stimulus axis:

Enables/disables the Rise Time Measurement .
Note: The rise time measurement can only be enabled if the active trace is real

), Time Domain is enabled (

), and the Low Pass Step time domain transform is used
