Thank you for purchasing the No. 1410-00 Thermohygrometer.
- This instrument is designed to measure indoor temperature and humidity being mounted on a wall.
- Do not use this instrument for any other purposes.
- Be sure to read this instruction thoroughly before using. Keep this instruction manual in a secure
place for future references.
Precautions on use
- Install the unit at the level of the user
’s eyes.
- In dry and cold seasons, the humidity value may be indicated out of the measuring range (lower
than 20%rh). However, this is not malfunction.
- After unpacking, allow about 30 minutes to indicate the correct values of the surrounding
environment.
Cautions
- This is a precision instrument. Do not drop or apply impact to it. Doing so may result in malfunction.
- Do not expose to direct air flow from an air conditioner or a heater.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight, rain or wind.
- Mount the unit on a perpendicular wall that is free from vibrations.
- Clean the unit with a dry, soft cloth when it gets dirty. NEVER use thinner, benzene or alcohol.
- Be sure to use the unit within the measuring range.
- This instrument cannot be used for certificate purpose
- It is desirable to check the readings of temperature and humidity with the reliable thermohygrometer
once a year

Use the hooking hole on the back of the case shown in the figure below. Mount the unit perpendicularly
against the wall
