Cause
: External signal or energy is interfering with the measurement.
Solution : Remove the external interference if possible.

Cause
: Unrecognizable sensor is connected.
Solution : Replace the sensor.

Low Signal IQ” message is displayed.
Cause
: There is excessive body motion or the sensor position is not appropriate.
Solution 1 : Check if the light emitting part and light receiving part of the sensor LED is aligned.
Solution 2 : Change the sensor position where the body motion will have less effect.
