Corrective Action 

Restore dictionaries in Other Utilities window.

The default workorder screen configuration file is missing.  

Corrective Action 

Continue to create workorders in Order Entry as needed. To restore the Oen.cnf 
file, select Other Utilities and restore dictionaries.

is then stored in the database.
