Motor lock-rotor protection
Motor speed is almost 0 when servo-motor lock-rotor occurs, but the actual current is very high, servo
drive and servo motor may be damaged because of long time lock-rotor, therefore, servo drive provides
the motor lock-rotor protection to prevent the damage from excessive temperature in the situation of
motor lock-rotor.
