G O V ERN O R ADJUSTMENT
The following procedure covers adjustm ent with co m ­
pressor installed in test equipm ent or on vehicle. Refer to
Figure 19.
1. Loosen lock nut. Use screwdriver at adjuster plug.
2. T urn adjuster plug in (clockwise) to increase cut-out
setting, or out (counterclockwise) to decrease setting.
O ne com plete turn of adjuster screw will change cut­
out pressure 20 psi.
3. W hen cut-out pressure setting of 100-107 psi is a t­
tained, lock adjuster plug with lock nut.
