VALVE
DISASSEMBLY (Fig. 22)
1. Rem ove two screws which hold valve body, lower
body and lower body cover together. Separate the
three pieces.
2. Rem ove piston spring and piston from lower body.
Rem ove O-ring from piston. Rem ove O-ring ffom
lower body.
3. Rem ove O-ring from valve body.
4. Rem ove plunger assembly from valve body.
5. Rem ove plunger nut, washer and inlet and exhaust
valve from plunger. R em ove O-ring from plunger.
6. Rem ove valve spring from valve body.
ASSEMBLY
1. Place valve spring in valve body.
2. Install O-ring on plunger. Install inlet and exhaust
valve, washer and nut on plunger. Install assembly in
valve body.

3. Install O-ring in valve body.
4. Install O-rings in lower body and on piston. Install
piston and piston spring in lower body.
5. Assem ble valve body, lower body and lower body
cover. Fasten with two screws.
M IDLAND-ROSS AIR SUPPLY VALVE
DISASSEMBLY (Fig. 23)
1. Rem ove two screws which fasten valve cap to valve
body. Separate the two pieces.
2. Remove O-ring from valve cap.
3. Rem ove two springs from valve body.
4. Remove piston assem bly from valve body. Remove
three O-rings from piston.
ASSEMBLY
1. Install three O-rings on piston. Install piston assem ­
bly in valve body.
2. Place two springs in position in valve body.
3. Install O-ring on valve cap.
4. Place valve cap in position on valve body and secure
with two screws.
