valve, washer, and nut on plunger. Install assembly in
valve body.
3. Install O-ring in valve body.
4. Install O-rings in lower body and on piston. Install
piston and piston spring in lower body.
5. Assemble valve body, lower body and lower body
cover. Fasten with two screws.

1. The spirol pin button and m ounting nut are removed

at the tim e the valve is rem oved from the vehicle.
2. Insert a rod or punch in the plunger pin hole to keep
plunger from turning while removing nut at bottom of
valve.
3. Remove plunger and spring.
4. Remove plunger grom m et.
5. Remove the two cover screws and separate the cover
from the body.
6. Remove the cover seal grom m et and the inlet and ex­
haust valve.
7. Remove the piston.
8. Remove the large (lower) piston grom m et, then the
small (upper) piston grom m et.
