UTC Offset Hours
The required hours offset (positive or
negative) relative to GMT. This is used
to offset the clock relative to GMT,
according to the global meridian
location.

The required minutes offset (positive
or negative) relative to GMT. This is
used to offset the clock relative to
GMT, according to the global meridian
location.
Daylight Saving Start Time
Month
The month when Daylight Savings Time
begins.

The date in the month when Daylight
