Replace the Head Board Assembly

1. Remove the Front Cover.

(Refer to REP1020)

2. Remove the Panel Cover.

(Refer to REP1030)

3. Remove the Y Rail Cover.

(Refer to REP1030)

4. Disconnect all connectors from the Head Board.
5. Remove the Head Board.

(4 fastening screws)

6. Assembling is the reverse of the removal procedure.

CAUTION: Head board assembly connectors J201

(MAIN1) and J202 (MAIN2) should be plugged
in securely.
The main board may be damaged if power is
applied when they are not properly connect-
ed.
