1. Carry out Head Cleaning.

(Refer to REP1620)

2. Take out all cartridges.
3. Remove the right paper guide. (Refer to REP1040)
4. Disconnect junction board connectors J402 (Detector BK),

J403 (Detector C), J404 (Detector M), J405 (Detector Y) and
J406 (Ink ID BK), J407 (Ink ID C), J408 (Ink ID M), J409 (Ink
ID Y).

(Refer to REP1470)

5. Remove the Panel Cover.

(Refer to REP1030)

6. Remove the Front Cover.

(Refer to REP1020)

7. Remove the Y Rail Cover.
