Replace the Cover Switch Assembly

1. Remove the Right Cover. (Refer to REP1010)
2. Disconnect connector J302 from the Panel Board.
3. Remove the Sensor Mounting Plate (1 fastening

screw).

4. Remove the Cover Switch (2 fastening screws).
5. Assembling is the reverse of the removal proce-

dure. 

Open the Front Cover and confirm that “Cover
Open” is displayed.

CAUTION:

If the cover sensor arm does not press the cover switch 
when the front cover is opened and closed, carry out 
the “Right cover axle and front cover fulcrum adjustment”.

1. Turn and stick the loose part as shown in the diagram below.
