Replacing the Grid Roller Assembly and Coupling
Assembly

1. Remove the Pressure Unit.

(Refer to REP1220 to 1222)

2. Remove the self-tapping screw from the Grid Roller Keeper.
3. Slide the grid roller keeper towards the back and remove it.
4. Use an Allen key to loosen the set screws on the coupling (6).

5. Lift the grid roller and remove it by sliding it to the left.
6. Replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.

CAUTION: Never loosen the platen fastening screw.

If it is loosened, it will be necessary to adjust
the platen position with the height adjustment
jig.

CAUTION: When tightening the coupling set screws, be

sure to use a 1.5 mm Allen key. Printing qual-
ity will be affected if it is not absolutely tight.
