• No Waste Fluid Box

This message means that the waste
fluid box is not installed.

• Switch off the printer temporarily and check that the message is displayed when you

switch on again.

• Use the printer's self-diagnostic "Sensor: Box Exist/Box is not" to make sure that the

waste fluid box detection is working normally.

Slowly remove and replace the waste fluid box to confirm that the present/absent dis-
play appears.
If the display is not normal, the sensor position may be faulty.
Remove the R Cover and adjust the position of the waste fluid box detection switch
assembly.

• Check the waste fluid box detection switch contact.
