Points
Points are real points in the model, for example, the points in a point cloud in a laser scan file. You can toggle
the rendering of points in the model. You can also change the size of drawn points by using the Options Editor.
To toggle the rendering of points

Click Points
on the Rendering Style toolbar.

To change the size of points

Click Tools
➤
Global Options.

In the Options Editor, expand the Interface node, and click the Display option.

On the Display page, Primitives area, enter a number between 1 and 9 in the Point Size box.
This sets the size in pixels for points drawn in the Scene Area.

Click OK.
Snap Points
Snap points are implied points in the model, for example, the center point of a sphere or end points of a pipe.
You can toggle the rendering of snap point in the model. You can also change the size of the drawn snap points
by using the Options Editor.
To toggle the rendering of snap points

Click Snap Points
on the Rendering Style toolbar.
To change the size of snap points
