Administrator’s Guide

Overview

TopAccess has two web sites available. One site is designed for end users 

and the other is for administrators.

„

The end-user site displays controller and scan job status as well as 

enabling users to create and maintain private groups and templates.

„

The administrator site enables you to configure controller settings, 

conduct maintenance, and update the address book, public group, 

and public templates.

With TopAccess, administrators and service engineers can:

„

View controller status

„

Configure controller and network properties

„

Set up default print options

„

View and modify job queues

„

View and modify copier attributes

„

View cassette/accessory configuration

„

View and clear the log files for jobs, messages, and counters

„

Locate other TOSHIBA devices on the network

„

Upload client software to the network

„

Install client software

„

Initiate a scan

With TopAccess, end users can:

„

View general copier information including controller status and alerts

„

View cassette/accessory configuration

„

View and modify the status of your jobs

„

View the counter logs

„

Locate other TOSHIBA devices on the network

„

Install client software

Note: Because TopAccess uses cookies to store persistent information
