When
dfactorydefault=on
, only this option is sent to the printer which
reverts to the factory defaults. When other options are set
(
dfactorydefault
is off or not set), then those options are sent to the
printer.
If the option values specified are outside the indicated limits for dpitch,
dpointsize, dorientation, dformlines, and dsymbolset, then their
respective default values are used.
Example: The command to set the default factory pitch to 10 is
lp –o
dpitch=10 <filename>
.
Orientation
The following orientation options are available.
If this option is not specified, the default value is used.
Example: The command to specify landscape orientation is
lp –o
landscape <filename>
.
dorientation= <

1 – Landscape orientation is used.
The default is 0.

Set the number of form lines to <
