3 Press DEVICE NAME to display the touch keyboard.
4 Enter the device name.
This is the same as the Microsoft Computer Name. By default, the
device name is GL<MAC Address>, where MAC Address is the Media
Access Control number of the NIC installed in the controller. For
example,
GL00DOC9165206
. You can specify a different name of up to
15 alphanumeric characters, provided it is unique within your
network.
Do not use the underscore (“_”) or the at (“@”) characters in the
device (controller) name.
5 Press
WORKGROUP
to display the alphanumeric touch pad.
6 Enter the name of the workgroup to which the controller belongs. The
workgroup name can have no more than 15 characters.
7 Press
OK
to save your changes.
Restoring the Default Controller Settings
1 From the Admin menu, press
FACTORY DEFAULT
. A confirmation
message opens.
2 Press
YES
to restore all network and device settings. To return to the
Admin menu without changing the current settings, press
NO
.
