GL-10x0 Administrator’s Guide

Delete Files

Warning!

When you delete the Processing Data folder, which contains

current job data, TopAccess automatically deletes the jobs and

message logs.

TopAccess displays the message,

delete these data? This will reboot the controller?

to proceed or

Cancel

to end the procedure. TopAccess displays

the Reboot page and the controller reboots.

Font Management

You can upload fonts to the controller and change the amount of space

allocated for font storage.

Click the

Administration

tab.

On the Administration tab, click the Maintenance submenu.

Click the

Font Management

link to open the Font Management page.

Font Management Page

Enter the amount of space on the controller hard drive that you want

to allocate for font storage in the

Space Allocated for Font Storage

text box.

Click the

PCL

check boxes to identify the type of fonts you want

to manage.
