Importing and Exporting Address Book Data
You can import address information from a file that has been exported
from another TopAccess address book or from a different address book
program. The imported file must have been created using one of the
delimiter options available in the TopAccess import function.
Note: To import contacts, the data file must be in CSV format and
must contain three columns without headers. These columns must
be in the order: First name, Last Name, E-mail Address.
You can export address information for use in another TopAccess address
book or other address book program. The exported file should be created
using a delimiter that the target address book or program can import.

On the Administration tab, click the Address Book submenu.

To import, click the
Import
link. To export, click the
Export
link.

When importing, type the name of the file to import or click
Browse
to
search for it.
