Setting the Auto Power Save Feature
Auto Power Save
specifies how long the copier can remain inactive before
entering its power saving mode.

Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
Device
subtab.
4 Click the
Copier
subtab.
5 In the Copier Settings page, click the
Auto Power Save
drop-down menu.
6 Select either
Disabled
or a time interval between
15
and
60
minutes. If
the copier is inactive for the selected time, it enters power saving
mode.
7 Click
Save
.
When you have finished setting copier attributes, you must turn the
copier off and then back on to apply your changes.
Setting Up Automatic Power Off
Automatic Shutdown
defines the period of inactivity after which the copier
shuts down.

Log in as an administrator.

Administration
tab.
3 Click the
Device
subtab.
4 Click the
Copier
subtab.
5 In the Copier Settings window, click the
Auto Power Off
drop-down
menu.
6 Select either
Disabled
or a time interval between
25
and
240
minutes. If
it remains inactive for the time specified, the copier turns itself off.
7 Click
Save
.
When you have finished setting copier attributes, you must turn the
copier off and then back on to apply your changes.
Setting the Maximum Number of Copies
The
Maximum Copies
feature specifies the maximum number of copies that
can be made during a single copy job. Note that you may need to clear the
output tray if the number of pages copied exceeds the tray capacity.
