Setting the Number of Days to Keep Special Jobs
The Number of Days to Save Private, Proof, and Invalid Jobs feature
defines the length of time that these special jobs will be retained
unreleased in the queue before they are automatically deleted to increase
the amount of available hard drive space in the controller.

Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 On the
Device
subtab, click
Printer
. The Print Settings page opens.
4 Use the
Number of Days to save Private, Proof, and Invalid jobs
drop-down
menu to select a time, either
Indefinite
or from
1
to
30
days.
5 Scroll down to the end of the page and click
Save
to save your settings
or
Reset
to return all settings to their previously saved values.
Setting Automatic Paper Size Conversion
The paper size conversion feature causes the printer to print a document
intended for one paper size on paper of a different size. For example, you
