graphic-intensive documents is no longer a chore.
Additionally, you can use the E-mail to Print function to send a home
e-mail message to the controller, when it is configured as a POP3 client.

TopAccess
With the TopAccess web-based device management utility in
administrator mode, you can:

TopAccessComposer
TopAccessComposer enables end-users to store, edit, and manage post-
print (prior to hard copy release) and scan documents. It provides two
predefined system folders, Department and Public , and creates a private
folder for each user account.
TopAccessComposer maintains a database of user information for
registered users, including the user name, password, e-mail address and
account description; and limits access to folders based on this
information.
TopAccessDocMon
TopAccessDocMon provides end-users with a way of monitoring all jobs
and controlling their own current jobs on the controller. With the
notification feature enabled, end users are informed of copier or printing
events, such as paper-out or cassette open, before they walk to the copier
only to find their job incomplete or unsuccessful. TopAccessDocMon also
provides a menu link to the TopAccess web utility in end-user mode.
