Scheduled print
A printing mode that allows you to delay printing a queued job until a
specific date and time.
Shared key
authentication
In wireless networking, an authentication mode that requires the WEP
keys of the client and the access point to match for authentication to
occur.
Sheet insertion
A feature where a blank page is printed in between designated pages
of the original document. Insertion sheets are stapled with the original
document (if stapling is requested). See also

rotocol. A protocol used for delivering e-mail to
a server. Another protocol, usually POP3, must be used to access and
read the messages.

rotocol. A widely used network
monitoring and control protocol. Data is passed from SNMP agents,
which are hardware and/or software processes reporting activity in
each network device (hub, router, bridge, etc.) to the workstation
console used to oversee the network. The agents return information
contained in a MIB (Management Information Base), which is a data
structure that defines what is obtainable from the device and what can
be controlled. Originating in the Unix community, SNMP has become
widely used on all major platforms.

entifier. The identification code for a specific wireless
network.
Subnet
A section within a network.
Subnet mask
A number that identifies a subnetwork so that an IP address can be
shared by the local network.

administrator
The person who is responsible for configuring TopAccessComposer
and other system components for use. The system administrator is
also responsible for storing documents in the Department folder for
other users to view and print.
