5 If the template is password-protected, the Password popup opens.
Enter the template password and click
OK
. A confirm deletion
message appears.

to delete the template or
Cancel
to leave it unchanged.
Editing Public Group Information
You can modify the definition of the public group. For example, you could
change its name from the default, which is
Public Scan
.
1 On the Scan tab, click the Templates submenu.
2 Click the
Template Groups
link.
3 Select the public group and click
Edit
.
4 Change the
Group No.
,
Group Name
,
Owner
,
E-mail Address
, or
Password
as
desired.
5 Click
OK
to apply your changes.
Creating Private Groups and Private Templates
Although end users can create their own private groups and templates,
they may prefer that you do this on their behalf. For details, see the
Operator’s Guide or the TopAccess online Help.
Templates Pages
Use these pages to create, edit, and delete scan templates. To access
these pages:

On the Scan tab, click the Templates submenu. By default, the main
Templates page opens listing all templates in the Public group.
2 If the Templates list does not open, click the
Templates
link.
3 To view the templates in a private group, click the down arrow to open
the
Group
listbox and select the group.
Templates List Page
This page contains a table listing all templates in the selected group and
provides controls for:

Selecting a different group
„
Creating new templates
