5 Change the copy count number in the
Copies
column. The count must
be between
1
and
9999
for the GL-1020 and between
1
and
999
for the
GL-1010.
You can change the copy count and release the job or you can release
the job without changing the count.
6 Click
Release
to release the job to printing. After you release the job,
monitor its status using the Current Jobs list.
Releasing Proof and Scheduled Jobs
1 Click the
Print Jobs
tab.
2 Select
Proof
or
Scheduled
jobs.
For Scheduled jobs, TopAccess displays the date the job is scheduled
to print in the
Status
column.
3 Scroll down the list to locate the job.
4 Check the box next to the job you want to print.
To release all jobs, click the check-all button in the header. Clicking
this button again clears all the checkmarks.
5 Click
Release
to print the selected job(s). After you release the job,
monitor its status using the Current jobs list.
Releasing Private Print Jobs
1 Click the
Print Jobs
tab.
2 Select
Private
jobs.
3 Scroll down the list to locate the job.
4 Check the box next to the job(s) you want to print.
To release all jobs, click the check-all button in the header. Clicking
this button again clears all the checkmarks.
5 Click
Release
to print the selected job(s).
6 You are prompted for the five-digit DIN number. Enter it in the space
provided and click
OK
.
After you release the job, monitor its status using the Current jobs
list.
Note: If you want to release multiple private print jobs, all of the jobs
must use the same DIN.
