Configuring the Send to TWAIN Agent
The Send to TWAIN agent stores the scanned file on the controller in the
TWAIN folder. You can retrieve TWAIN data through a TWAIN-compliant
application.
1
Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the Administration tab.
3 Click the Setup subtab.
4 Click the
Scan Agents
link.
5 Click the
Send to TWAIN
link.
6 Under Storage Path, click the
Disable access to GL_TWAIN
check box to
prevent all access to the TWAIN storage path.
7 Under Storage Maintenance, select either
Do not delete documents
automatically
or
Delete documents after <X> day(s)
and enter a numerical
value for the number of days.
8 Click
OK
to save the settings or
Cancel
to return to the Scan Agents
Setting page.
Setting Up E-mail
Using the
Administration > Setup > E-mail
page, you can view and modify e-mail
(Internet Fax Server) settings. These settings are required for the scan to
Internet Fax features:

Configuring POP3 Server Settings
1 Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the Administration tab.
3 Click the Setup subtab.
4 Click the
E-mail
link. The E-mail page opens.
5 Enter the
Server IP Address
.
6 Select a
Polling Rate
to control how frequently TopAccess polls the
controller for new mail.
7 Enter an e-mail
User Name
