9 Enter or change the information for your service provider under the
Service Provider Information
heading.
10 Enter or change the
Date of Installation
,
Equipment ID
, and
Copier Serial
Number
in the
Device Information
area.
11 Under
Notification Settings
, click the checkbox to enable or disable
Notify
administrator at e-mail address
. If you enabled this function, enter the
appropriate address(es) in the text box below, separating them with
commas. You can also search for addresses by clicking the
Search
button.
12 Scroll back to the top of the page and click
Save
to save your settings.
Viewing AMC Readings
You can view the readings that have been made.
To view the AMC readings:
1
Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
AMC
subtab.
4 Click the
View
link.
5 Select the date that you want the readings for by clicking the down
arrow on the
Reading Dates
pull-down list. Then select the date on the
list.
If there is only one reading on that date, the information is displayed
immediately. Information includes the device information, customer
information, billing information, and print counters.
6 If there were multiple readings taken on that date, a list of the
readings is displayed. Select the reading you want to view and click
the
View
button.
7 When you are finished viewing the information, click any other link or
tab to close this page.
Printing AMC Readings
You can print the contents of a previous reading.
To print the contents of an AMC reading:
1
Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
AMC
subtab.
4 Click the
View
link.
