Invalid Jobs: those jobs submitted with an invalid department

To update the information on the page, click
Refresh
in the right
corner.

To sort the results, click a heading.
The page refreshes and a small triangle on the column heading
indicates the sort sequence. The direction of the triangle indicates
ascending or descending order. The default sort order is
ascending
.
Deleting Jobs from the Queue
You can delete your pending print or scan job from the queue if it is listed
on one of the Jobs pages.

Click the

tab. TopAccess opens the Print Jobs or Scan
Jobs page.

For print jobs, click the sub tab for the type of job you want to delete.

Click the check box next to the job name.
To delete all jobs, click the checkmark on the header. This button
marks all of the jobs in the list. Clicking the checkmark again clears
all the checkmarks.

While TopAccess is deleting a job the status changes to

Changing Proof Print Job Copy Counters
After reviewing the first copy of a proof print job you can change the
remaining copy count on the Proof Jobs page. The
Copies
column displays
the number of copies for each proof job.

Click the
Print Jobs
tab. The Current Jobs page opens.

Select the Proof page. The Proof page displays the details of proof
print jobs.

Scroll down the list to locate the job.

Check the box next to the job of which you are changing the count.
To select all jobs, click the checkmark on the header. This button
marks all the jobs in the list. Clicking the checkmark again clears all
the checkmarks.
