TopAccessComposer: displays jobs that are stored on the controller
for further processing.
„
Invalid: displays jobs put on hold by the controller because the
department code is incorrect.
„
All: displays all jobs in all queues
The
Type
column only appears when you select all jobs. On the Proof jobs
page a column shows the number of copies. Both administrators and end
users can edit this column.
Job Information
For each job, the list displays:

Document Name: is the file name of the document
„
Status: displays a word that describes the current activity. For
scheduled jobs,
Status
shows the scheduled print date.
Print Job Status
Message Meaning
Cancelled - Expired The private print or proof job has been cancelled
because it did not get released within the specified
time period.
Completed The job printed successfully.
Deleted The user deleted the job.
Printing The controller is printing the job.
Processing The controller is ripping the job. The copier has not
started printing yet.
Ready The private print or proof job has been ripped and is
ready to be released.
Scheduled for xxxxxx The scheduled print job has been ripped and is
waiting for the scheduled time or to be released.
Unknown The controller is initiating the job.
Unserviceable, Internal Error A problem within the controller has occurred that
makes it impossible to complete the job.
Waiting The job has been ripped and may or may not have
been transferred to the copier. The copier has not
started printing.
