Invalid:

 displays jobs put on hold by the controller because the 

department code is incorrect.

All:

 displays all jobs in all queues

The 

Type

 column only appears when you select all jobs.

Job Information

For each job, the list displays:

„

Document:

 is the name of the document

„

Status:

 displays a word that describes the current activity. For 

scheduled jobs, 

Status

 shows the scheduled print date.

„

Owner:

 a name that identifies the person who initiated the job.

„

Pages:

 the total number of pages in the job.

„

Size:

 the size of the file.

„

Submitted:

 the time and date the job was submitted.

Actions

The check mark column allows you to take action on multiple jobs at the 

same time. Clicking the check-all button at the top of the column either 

selects or deselects all jobs.
Administrators and end-users can delete jobs that are not currently 

faxed.
