2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
AMC
subtab.
4 Click the
View
link.
5 Select the date that you want the readings for by clicking the down
arrow on the
Reading Dates
pull-down list. Then select the date on the
list.
If there is only one reading on that date, the information is displayed
immediately. Information includes the device information, customer
information, billing information, and print counters.
If there were multiple readings taken on that date, a list of the
readings is displayed.
6 Select the reading you want to view and click the
View
button.
7 Click the
Export
button. The export file is created and a link to its
name is displayed.
8 Click the name of the export file to download the file.
9 When you are finished, click any other link or tab to close this page.
Viewing the AMC Log
You can view the AMC log to see what readings have been taken and other
details.
To view the AMC log:
1
Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
3 Click the
AMC
subtab.
4 Click the
Logs
link.
5 The top of the page shows the current total readings. Below that,
select either the
Meter Reading
log or the
Daily Reading
log, or both.
The log information is displayed below.
6 When you finish viewing the log, click any other link or tab to close
this page.
Printing the AMC Log
You can print the AMC log.
To print the AMC log:

Log in as an administrator.
2 Click the
Administration
tab.
