This command sets step of generation of pulses of synchronization for an
axis. If

is default or zero, the generation of pulses of synchronization is
disabled.
The command can be sent at any time but it has no effect until the PS com-
mand is received.
The minimum value of step: the displacement of stage within Tba„
will
be
verified in PS command.
If the sign "?" takes place of the
nn
value, this command reports the step of
generation of pulses of synchronization for xx numbered axis. 0 means that
no pulse is generated.
