Consideration
IpLDK determines a long distance call based on the long distance code (digits dialed as
the first digit to access toll facilities) or the number of dialed digits. If the user-dialed
digits match an SMDR LD code, the number of digits exceeds SMDR LD digit counter or
the digits do not match a digit sequence in the Local Codes table, the call is considered
an LD call.
When the SMDR storage buffer approaches full, the system sends a “Buffer full” message
to the LCD of the System Attendant. The System Attendant may then delete records as
necessary.
For ease of use, Stations can be organized into SMDR Account Groups.
‘SLT DTMF RLS TMR’ should be adjusted to reasonable value in order to print all digits
that SLT dialed.
Internal call records include a character at the beginning of the dialed number identifying
the type of call
E = station to station call
P = Page call
S = SMS.
The dialed digits shown in the SMDR record can be the user-dialed digits or the digits
dialed by the system after LCR conversion.
Intercom calls, which will include Hunt group calls, SMS and Paging activity, must be
separately enabled for storage and real-time output.
Call Park will generate two SMDR records, one to park the call and one when the parked
call is picked up or recalls. The duration the call remains parked is not separately
provided.
