11.5.10  Managing Personal Options 

Description 

The Personal Options selection from the Mailbox main menu permits the user to define up to 
five (5) distribution lists that may be used in place of a mailbox number when sending or 
forwarding a message. 
 

Operation 

To manage your Personal Options, from the Main menu 

  “To Listen to your Message, press one 

  To record your greeting, press two 

  To send a message, press three 

  For personal options, press four 

  To access administrative options, press nine 

  To access another mailbox, press pound”.

2.  Follow the voice prompt instructions to edit distribution lists 
3.  Dial 1 to edit distribution lists. 
4.  Enter the Distribution List number (1_5) 
5.  To add press 1 then the mailbox number 

To delete press 2 then the mailbox number 
To listen to the mailboxes in a list press 3.
