Issue 2.2
Feature Description and Operation Manual
94
The Hot Desk station can be programmed to log-out an active Agent automatically if no
action has been taken by the Agent for the Auto Log-out timer.
The Flexible buttons of the Hot Desk station follow the assignments for the logged in
agent.
Only DKTs with more than 12 buttons can be used as Hot Desk stations.
The modem associated with the station cannot log in (PGM 170).
If the system is reset, all active Agents are logged out and all Hot Desk stations return to
the inactive state.
If the Hot Desk Agent station number is an ACD group member, logging in to a Hot Desk
also logs the Agent in the ACD group.
